1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Duo Connector Chrome Extension (“Service”), you agree to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the
extension immediately.
2. Service Description
Duo Connector allows users to integrate WhatsApp Web with HubSpot CRM to track, sync, and
organize business conversations. The extension highlights unreplied chats, syncs metadata,
and provides direct CRM access.
3. Independent Platform Disclaimer
Duo Connector is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored
by Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp) or HubSpot Inc. All trademarks and product names are
property of their respective owners.
4. Third-Party Service Reliance
The operation of Duo Connector depends on third-party platforms (WhatsApp and HubSpot). We
are not responsible for changes, API limitations, outages, or service disruptions caused by those
platforms.
5. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Duo Connector for
personal or internal business use. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the
software.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the extension to spam, harass, or violate WhatsApp’s or HubSpot’s terms.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you transmit using Duo
Connector.
7. Account and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and tokens stored in your Chrome
browser. Duo Connector is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
8. Data Responsibility of the User
Users are solely responsible for the data they upload or sync to HubSpot, including any personal
or confidential information. Duo Connector does not verify message content or contact legality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duo Connector, its owners, or affiliates shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss or
business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duo Connector and its developers from any claims,
losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or
breach WhatsApp or HubSpot’s acceptable use policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All code, logos, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Duo Connector and
may not be used without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance
of any changes.

17. Free Account Activity Requirement
Duo Connector offers a Free-for-Life account tier for individual users. To keep this account active, users must access or use the extension at least once every seven (7) consecutive days.
If a free account remains inactive for more than 7 days, Duo Connector reserves the right to:
Temporarily suspend the account and related cloud sync features; or
Delete the account and associated data after continued inactivity.
Reactivation may require signing in again or re-registering for a new account.
This policy ensures fair access to server and storage resources for active users.
